Pleasant Valley Ruritan presents three scholarship winners

On Monday, July 27, the Pleasant Valley Ruritan presented three scholarship winners with their awards.

All three girls are recent graduates of Boonsboro High School and also attended Pleasant Valley Elementary School. Congratulations to all!
